EXCHANGES

So all Exchanges will be dealt with on an individual basis
Buyer must e-mail emerald fairy Lynn as soon as the garment is received and found to be incorrect. The garment must be returned within 7 days in the same condition it was sent.
Buyer is to pay all "express" postal charges concerning the exchange unless Enchanted Emerald Forest Designs is at fault

I accept Pay Pal ~ Direct Bank ~ Money Orders ~ Cash ~ Credit Cards
Credit Card Payments can be made via the Pay Pal Link - You do not have to have a Pay Pal Account - On the Link you will see on the Left - Pay Via Credit Card
Note; If paying via credit card in the Pay Pal link Please don’t try to log into Pay Pal where you see my e mail address and they ask for a password, as then I receive e mails saying someone tried to log into my account. If you have a Pay Pal account use your log in details, if you don’t have a Pay Pal account just choose the credit card method - icons

 Lay-By Now Extended!!
Lay-By is a great way to shop if your on a budget, would love a pretty garment but think it’s way beyond your means. If every pay day you pay $8.00, $10.00 or even $6.00 you would surprised how soon that lovely garment can be yours. Just using your small change can give you a new look wardrobe in no time at all. The perfect thing about my designs is they are always in fashion, they are your own personal fashion statement, your individuality.
LAY-BY TERMS
Long Term 3 month Lay-By is now available so you can buy what you wish.
20% Deposit when you purchase the items - Let me know the items are on lay-by when you make your purchases. I will e mail and let you know when I receive payments and send out a statement at month end so you know your account balance.
Overseas Customers Lay-By - Choose Direct Bank in Checkout e mail and let me know the items are on lay-by and I will send you Pay Pal Invoices for the amounts you want to pay and the time you want to make the payment.
FREIGHT
Goods will be posted as soon as Payment is Cleared
I will e-mail and let you know the items are on the way
AUSTRALIA POST - Flat Rate of $11.00 Post & Handling Charges
Items are posted Express Post ~ Some Orders will be sent via Registered Post ~ or Regular Mail - depending on the size of the order
OVERSEAS - Flat Rate of $18.00 - I will advise if the parcel is to cost anymore
All Parcels are posted Air Mail & usually take 7 - 10 days to arrive
Post Insurance Optional - Cost is $8.00
Overseas Post charges vary on the weight of the items
International Courier Express - takes 3 - 5 days and a tracking number is supplied
NOTE TO OVERSEAS BUYERS - Overseas Flat Rate Post is $18.00
When you Buy and Pay for your goods via Pay Pal You will be charged the Flat Postal Rate of $18.00AU Overseas Air Mail
Overseas Freight Charges vary from $18.00AU for a shawl (example) $23.00AU for a Dress
There are no hidden charges, I will charge you what it costs me to post overseas. If you have any concerns please e-mail me and I would be happy to help you. I post lots of items overseas through my e bay store, and have a good feedback rating.
